Are You Prepared to Implement the New OSHA Tracking Rules?

Recorded December 1, 2016

Some of you may be unaware that there are additional requirements that are a part of the final rule that went into effect November 1, 2016.

The final rule:

  1. Requires employers to inform their employees of their right to report work-related injuries/illnesses

  2. Clarifies the existing requirements for reporting work-related injuries/illnesses

  3. Lays out the employer electronic schedule for reporting injuries/illnesses

  4. Covers disciplinary, drug testing, increased penalties and incentive programs.
